The pouring of large volume foundations for large hydroelectric dams, nuclear power plants, high-speed railways, and high-rise buildings requires the use of temperature controlled concrete. During the curing process of concrete, with the release of hydration heat, the internal strength of the concrete gradually increases. At this time, the hydration heat causes the temperature of the concrete to rise to around 25 ℃, resulting in an increase in the volume of the concrete. After curing, the temperature of the concrete decreases, and the volume decreases. To avoid this increase or decrease process, cracks usually appear in the concrete engineering. So every large-scale concrete foundation pouring needs to be equipped with a complete concrete pre cooling system.
The pre cooled concrete ice storage includes the following main parts
1. Library body
2. Ice storage tank
3. Cold air fan in the warehouse
4. Ice scraper and its lifting device
5. Ice door and its opening and closing device
6. Ice screw machine
7. Electrical system
The monitoring of pre cooled concrete ice storage includes the following three aspects
1. Ice inventory and ice quantity monitoring
2. Equipment operation monitoring
3. Temperature monitoring inside the warehouse
Design conditions of pre cooled concrete ice storage
The temperature outside the ice storage is 32 ℃, the relative humidity outside the ice storage is 80%, and the temperature inside the ice storage is -15 ℃.
When the pre cooled concrete ice storage is operating normally, the temperature unevenness in various parts of the storage should not exceed 3 ℃, and the maximum temperature inside the storage should not exceed
12 ℃, the outlet temperature of sheet ice should not be higher than -7 ℃
The pre cooled concrete ice storage should be cooled to the design temperature before being filled with ice. The time for the air storage to cool from the design ambient temperature to the temperature inside the design storage should not exceed 4.5 hours
