Introduction to Cold Storage Board (Polyurethane)
1. The cold storage panel is made of lightweight polyurethane with good thermal insulation performance as the inner material, and is composed of S1, PVC color steel plate, and stainless steel plate on the outside. The sandwich type storage panel can reduce the heat transfer caused by the temperature difference between the inside and outside, in order to achieve the maximum efficiency of the freezing and refrigeration system.

The application of air coolers
Air cooler (also known as air cooler) is a cooling equipment used for various cold storage facilities. Kelly air cooler has three types: KCL, KCD, and KCJ, which are suitable for cold storage at different temperatures.
KCL type is suitable for cold storage with a temperature of around 0 ℃, such as storage for fresh eggs or vegetables;
KCD type is suitable for cold storage with a temperature of around -18 ℃, used for refrigeration of frozen foods such as meat and fish;
KCJ type is suitable for freezing fresh meat or fish products in cold storage with a temperature of -25 ℃ or below.
The main structural characteristics and performance of air coolers
1. The shell adopts spray molding technology, which is corrosion-resistant and has a beautiful appearance.
2. The coils are arranged in a staggered manner, with high heat transfer efficiency. The aluminum sheets are securely connected to the copper tubes through mechanical tubes.
3. This product is factory wiring, and all wiring is placed in one junction box for easy installation and maintenance
4. There is a drainage joint at the lowest point in the center of the drainage tray, ensuring reliable drainage.
5. Trough shaped hanger, easy to install.
6. U-shaped stainless steel tubes and magnesium oxide filled electric heating tubes are placed in coils for good defrosting effect.
7. According to customer needs, long-distance air supply or explosion-proof motors can be used.
Cold storage - refrigeration unit
Typical applicable temperature range for storage:
KCL high-temperature series: storage temperature 0-5 ℃;
KCD medium temperature series: storage temperature -20~0 ℃;
KCJ low-temperature series: storage temperature -31~-18 ℃;
Selection of refrigeration capacity for suspended refrigeration evaporators:
Correctly selecting the evaporation temperature and cooling capacity q0 of the compressor. When the warehouse temperature is around 0 ℃, the difference between the compressor evaporation temperature and the warehouse temperature is 8 ℃. When the warehouse temperature is around -18 ℃, the difference between the compressor evaporation temperature and the warehouse temperature is 7 ℃. When the warehouse temperature is around -25 ℃, the difference between the compressor evaporation temperature and the warehouse temperature is 6 ℃; According to the selected evaporation temperature, select the cooling capacity of the compression mechanism based on 1.15 times the calculated load of the warehouse. Choose the type of fins for the air cooler:
When the temperature of the warehouse is around 0 ℃, the sheet spacing is taken as 4.5;
When the temperature of the warehouse is around -18 ℃, the sheet spacing is taken as 6;
When the temperature of the warehouse is around -25 ℃, the sheet spacing is set to 8.
Select the cooling fan model based on the rated cooling capacity q0 of the selected compressor: when the warehouse temperature is around 0 ℃, select the cooling fan according to 1.0xq0; When the temperature of the warehouse is around -18 ℃, select the air cooler according to 1.1xq0; When the temperature in the warehouse is below -25 ℃, select the air cooler according to 1.27xq0.
